Friday, May 1st: The May Day Celebration
From the morning, Haut-de-Cagnes comes alive to the rhythm of the traditional May Day Celebration. The Provençal atmosphere returns with the traditional May Day procession and local entertainment. Take a seat on our terrace facing the castle to enjoy the lively atmosphere in complete tranquility.
The New Menu: Mediterranean Freshness
Goodbye Winter. our kitchen team unveils a vibrant new menu, designed as a tribute to the sun-drenched produce of our region. The perfect opportunity to discover it during this long weekend.
To begin, freshness is key with the Fresh Salmon Tartare (lime, charred avocado, and sesame), the iconic Artisanal Panisses from Maison Daqi or even the authentic Creamy Burrata from Italy.
From the sea, the call of the ocean is irresistible with the Grilled Octopus Tentacle with its Niçoise condiment, or the superb Pan-fried Prawns accompanied by a creamy Riviera risotto. On the land side, the Chef elevates the classics with a Confit chicken supreme with green olives, lemon, and cuminthat embodies all the flavors of the South.
Sunday, May 3: DJ Set & Art Festival
To close out this weekend in style, the Place du Château will transform into Art Festival. And to complement this cultural day, Le Village will turn up the volume! A DJ will be playing on our terrace starting at 12:00 PM. to orchestrate a musical lunch. The perfect meeting point, a glass of chilled rosé in hand, before or after your sightseeing.
