On Friday, July 3, 2026, Haut-de-Cagnes takes a real leap back in time. As part of the festival, Jazz at the Castlethe Castle Square at Cagnes-sur-Mer is transformed for a jazz evening dedicated to style, groove, and elegance.
More than just a concert at Haut-de-Cagnes, it's an invitation to experience the festive atmosphere of the Roaring Twenties from the restaurant's terrace. The soundtrack is provided by the Frankie Rochester Trio, for dinner with a view and a musical interlude in the heart of the medieval village.
Frankie Rochester Trio: Jazz Pop Fusion at Cagnes-sur-Mer
Originally from New York State, Frankie Rochester (piano & vocals) brings with her the musical flavors of her hometown. Accompanied by her two "bodyguards," Olivier Benty on drums and Thierry Conand on bass, this singer-songwriter offers an unbridled musical universe.
Finalists of the Nice Jazz Festival's "Tremplin" competition, these three musicians excel at revisiting the classics, infusing them with a touch of soul, a hint of seventies spice, seventies and original arrangements. The result? Surprising and accessible music, defined as "Jazz Pop Fusion", perfect for accompanying a summer dinner.
